WFH during Ramadan
This is my first year as an analyst and I will be working during Ramadan (which I intend to do). Do you think the team might be more lenient in terms of work knowing I’m fasting ? I’m guessing working late night will be fine since I can drink caffeine but mornings will be tough. Do you think I can let them know so i adjust my hours accordingly ?
This is a tough call. Depends how receptive you think your team would be. I personally did in my internship when it was in person, but that’s because people could visibly not see me eating. With wfh you have the benefit of no one ever really finding out so I would wait and see how much your performance is truly affected.
