WFH - Little/No Workload. What to do?

Started summer internship in IB a week or two ago and recently finished up training.  There have been at least two days now where the majority of the day I have literally no work to do.  I will email the analysts in my group/on my deals and either get no response or get a small response saying there is nothing to do at the moment.

Is this normal?  I'm not really sure who to reach out to and have heard not to contact my staffer b/c things can get busy at any moment.  With WFH, it's tough to gauge when I'm being annoying by emailing people and when I am not doing enough by waiting for my next email (which hasn't come for a while).  Any advice?

Got it, good to know.  To be clear though, I have been staffed already and still have nothing.
