What are people's thoughts on WFH's continuation in the Industry? With Omicron seems like a lot of banks pulled back on their return to office initiatives. Do you guys have any visibility on whether this will go on for another year or two or will things go back to normal soon?

Mine is still wfh but I think most banks are going back in the next week or two.
