What are my chances breaking into IBD London

Background:

Male, Asian

Attending a Semi-target in the Nordics (think Lund, Aalto, BI, KTH).

4.78/5 GPA

In leadership positions of some NGO projects, but none of them related to Finance since where I am currently based most finance-related roles require Nordics languages.

Considering I go to a non-target with nearly zero related experience, I know this is going to be a an uphill battle.

1) What are my chances to land IBD job and what should I do to maximize the chance?

2) If I can't land SA roles, should I continue with the Master program at my university and try to recruit for FT position?

Thank you!

Almost everyone that I've seen in IBD coming from the Nordics will speak one of Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, and will usually be placed into a Nordics team, or Nordics coverage if product. The universities you mentioned are fine to break in with, but you not speaking any Nordic language I think will be your biggest pitfall.
