I usually ask the interviewer if they want to hear my rehearsed answer or get down to brass tacks

Then I start giving them a long winded ramble on how my parents only gave me conditional love based on performance and I can only feel self-worth if I work hard and achieve things which is why I done so well in school and in reality I have no clue what I want to do, but I desire to do IB because not of the emergent properties of IB, but because of who I think it will make me. Short detour into Rene Girard, mimetic theory and status . Circle back to how I have a deep desire to be rich because I grew up broke and finish off with I-bankers are real killers and I want to be like you (MD opposite me) when I am 20 years down the line

I think saying you want to do deals and you like analysing companies will suffice though bro
