What are the hours really like now?

Saw a post yesterday of somebody saying they work 70 hours in a busy week. The norm seems to be 80 hours on average. How many hours can an analyst/associate be expected to work at a BB compared to an EB and a MM? Also, is the pay drastically different for the hours worked?

Thanks
