What are the top firms to do IB at? Where are the "holy shit" places to work after and in what position?
I'm trying to figure out more about the finance world and am curious to peoples opinions.

Career Resources
Can’t even figure out what the question here is
Then don't answer
Go touch grass.
Banking is a job. If there’s any office job that makes you go ‘oh shit’ you need to get a life
Idk goodell's job makes me go oh shit
By far the worst post I’ve seen on this app. Go tough grass buddy
wasnt that deep was just wondering what different people thought "touch grass" says the buhls that come on WSO to throw "monkey shit" at young kids
Philly buhl?
Nah a real one would spell it bul or boul. Buhl is some weirdo shit.
preesh
Usually, those are the firms that you can't get into
Goldman TMT, MS tech and PJT RSSG are the top 3 that come to mind
The fact that you couldn't do the most basic level of research to find out this surface level piece of information yourself tells us that you won't be getting into those firms anyway
Eventhough everybody starts somewhere, I get your point.
Quite entitled for an intern damn
Stifel
The most elite firms:
1) UBS - Swiss banks are synonymous with elite, and following their takeover of Credit Suisse, UBS is now clearly the best among this group. Make sure to focus on positions at their secretive headquarters in Zurich.
2) Rothschild - the name and legacy speaks for itself. Smaller than other banks on this list, Rothschild is what is known as an “elite boutique” focused on providing advice to a focused set of influential clients.
3) Goldman Sachs - these guys are basically the puppet masters than run the world behind the scenes. The most elite group isn’t actually banking but actually corporate strategy, where you can help set strategy and agenda for world events, including the WEF
Hope this helps!
