What are US BB IBs policies on vacations for Analysts?

Im reading a lot of stuff about mandatory "vacation" from other BBs that aren't based in the US. I know a lot of sentiment around this probably has to do with bank culture and the country they are headquartered in culture. Even if they aren't fully honored, what are some of the "policies?" JPM, BofA, Goldman, Citi, etc.

Mid tier BB, 4 weeks vacation per year, only allowed 1 week at a time. Semi-required meaning they will tell you to do it but not force you to. Supposedly no comp impact to taking off all 4 weeks since it is required.

Typically fine if you schedule far enough in advance and communicate with your teams in advance. Seniors and staffers are trained to work and staff around your vacation.

They only allow a limited number of analysts off on each week so its hard to get times off on the holiday weeks.

As a first year, I have had seniors chase me and ask if I took my vacation yet. My group seems to be really friendly to it as long as you are a high quality worker when you are there. But definitely other groups/firms may be less chill.
