honestly the formal training weeks are all the same. every bank licenses the same third party materials, and nobody comes out of them meaningfully better than the next class.
what actually makes you good is deal flow and who staffs you. two years closing live deals at a random mm beats a famous program where you only touch pitches. people a few years in never credit the training program, they credit the one vp who let them drive the model.
