What banks are still WFH (as of 12/19/21)?
Hey guys, I've been wondering if banks have required staff to be back in person, if some are in a hybrid system, or if anybody is still working from home? Any effect on RTO (return to office) or WFH policies due to the new variant?
Been seeing a couple of threads from a few months ago but things haven't seen many updates and I've heard that for some groups (from a friend at JP) it's more of an ad hoc basis for RTO and dependent on what your group head wants (despite what somee news sites have been saying).
Also if anyone has specific info on BofA Houston's WFH policy that would be really helpful!
