Currently SA in PWM @ BB want to pivot to internal IB. Usually, pivot is hard (SA IB being feeders for FT analyst); given hiring freezes and recession, it now seems next to nil. Have a solid year to graduate UG. Upon graduation should I begin studying for GMAT for top 10 MBA to break in @ associate level or take the 2-yr FT PWM position I’ll likely be extended and continue networking like hell internally?
