Might be a pretty stupid question, but I'm filling out apps for 2021 now and there's a section "What Prompted You to Apply" that lets you put down Employee Referral. I'm not sure how this works - should I explicitly ask my contacts at that bank if I can put their name down? Or is it more like you just put down people that you've spoken with?
