What do recruiting captains do and do they have more pull in the process?
My connection at a firm is not a recruiting captain and they explicitly told me I should focus more on talking to the captains since they are more influential in first round decisions. Do they really have that much pull? And just out of curiosity, how does an analyst become a recruiting captain?
