I think what’s keeping me from leaving is both the money and the fact that people respect you when you have a good job. Otherwise I feel so miserable. I have been working almost every weekend. I hate it. I cant make plans most of evenings or go out on weekdays. I feel Im too young for this. How do you guys deal with it? I want either tips or suggestions of other jobs that I can move to

I guess I can see why money might be keeping you in, but respect?? Most people don't even know what IB is, they'll just assume you're another Wall Street scumbag or some bs. Other than freshman hardos during OCR, I don't imagine many people will respect the work of bankers haha
