Usually my vision is not as good. That might just be because its dark outside.

Actually, it feels like nothing. You get used to it after the first day. It's difficult to fall asleep because of the adrenaline and being on the computer all day while working intensely. Whatever time I get home, it'll take me around 1hr 30 min to feel tired.
The most brutal change is when you have a light day followed by a hard day, doing 9-8 and then 9-12 is fucking brutal.
Midnight?!?! I would be ecstatic as that's an early night for me at least.
Yeah, I would kill to call it a night at 1am.. been averaging 3am
Being home at midnight (which means you leave the office at c.11.30 or whatever) seems like a great day.
