What does this mean?

I'm getting my MSF this fall and I was just wondering if anyone knows if there is like an "acronym dictionary" that explains all the commonly used acronyms on this forum?  Usually I can just google it but sometimes I can't find a definition anywhere. For example, "Sophomore SA". What does this mean?

Your soph SA is the year before your junior SA (which comes before you go FT) - for example if you are URM and did OCR at HYP you may have the opportunity to do soph SA to then try and go FT to EB IB (PJT RSSG) or even MBB in a couple years. This also opens the door to something like MFPE (BX), VC (prob in SF), or even become a PM at a HF in the future.!

That’s assuming you don’t want to go A2A. Fwiw, if you want something with better WLB you could try something like LMM in LCOL or try and get into an M7.

Hope this helps!
