What Exits are Possible from Jefferies

I recently signed for a Jefferies full-time role in a solid coverage group. I have heard divergent views on PE exits from the firm, so would greatly appreciate any clarity.

I'm not gunning for MF looks and understand those may be very difficult to get, though would be interested if it is at least possible. Are strong UMM looks commonplace, and is there a lot of variance in exits between groups? Appreciate the help.
