What is a good platform for creating pitch books or presentations of similar format to be printed out?

Hello all,

I work for a small firm and I am looking for an easy, cost efficient software to create a presentation to show to potential customers. It would be primarily a data driven presentation, and would need to be printer friendly. I would like it to be of similar format to that of a pitch book, but I don't know if there is any option easier than powerpoint. Is there a software that everyone uses? Or any recommendations on an approach to formatting powerpoint? All help is appreciated. Thanks!

I'm not sure what you mean when you say "obviously a little more professional than PowerPoint." Literally every investment bank and large corporation creates their pitches and investor presentations in PowerPoint. If you are not getting the look you want then I would just spend more time working on your design and formatting skills.
