All of the men in investment banking, asset management, hedge fund, consulting industries are tools. Just observe them and if you happen to eavesdrop on their stupidly superficial conversations about this stock or that rating, you'll realize they know NOTHING and are tools at the very best and in the worst ways.

A tool is anyone who is used for anything, hence the word tool.
Technically everyone working 9-5 for a salary is a tool of the company.
Anyone who owns their own income and does whatever they want isn't a tool.
If you actually think about it most of these Guidos have leader personalities, so they actually aren't tools.
