Anyone willing to provide color / advice on the lateral process? Have heard you want to aim to close a deal in your first couple months on the desk before applying to lateral positions...is this true?
Additionally, have seen JPM and Moelis spam lateral positions on Linkedin Jobs, but for the other banks what's the best way to get inroads? HHs? Networking?
