What is the culture and environment at Jefferies healthcare?

I’ve mostly heard good things, but it also sounds like there’s high turnover. What’s the working environment like there? Exit opportunities? I’m considering a move.

As at least one data point for you that is hopefully more helpful than nothing, the only analyst/associate I know who went there (maybe like 5 years ago or so) moved on to a hedge fund (one of the big MM pod shops I believe) afterwards but eventually found his way to BAML HC IBD where I believe he may still be now. Good luck

One of the best groups but you will likely need to work very hard. Exits are strong.
