What is the difference between first round interviews and final rounds?
I know first round of interviews are conducted by Analysts and Associates while more advance rounds are conducted by VP, Directors or MD. But aside of the level of the hierarchy, is there any particular difference between first round and second rounds? Which ones are usually more technical and which ones are more fit?
