In as far as culture, hours, and career advancement?
I was looking at a couple of butiques and they seem more focused then BB firms. Do any of you think that this approach is good for one's career? I cannot bilieve that there is an ironfisted oligopoly on all aspects of IB. Or am I bieng a bit idealistic?
