What is the longest period you are allowed to take PTO?
I typically get maximum 2 weeks at one time but that seems to be getting clawed back.
Any one else get more / less?

some 2nd year did 40 days once
What bank?
Think a week-10 days is a generally acceptable number without getting some side eye. Have seen people take 2.5 weeks but it's usually more tenured folks (3-4+ years) going on a big trip somewhere, or people who have to travel very far to get home who take 2 weeks over the holidays.
If you're a second year and want to/can stack all your vacation at the end to leave early, some banks allow that, and you're leaving anyway so who cares. But assuming you're not leaving, you're generally not going to be allowed to take super long stretches of time off every year, especially for analysts
Guaranteed 2 weeks after 3-4 years must be nice
I wouldn't say it's guaranteed every year, more of "I'm taking my once in a lifetime trip to Asia and taking a bit more time with it, and next year I'll just take a week at a time".
Seniors won't let someone take 2 consecutive weeks constantly but someone with tenure can do it once, or once every now and then at least
That makes sense...How often 7-10 days? Once a year only?
