I am working at good bank. Not a BB but still good position. My team are great people and have been teaching me alot. I do however want to move to JPM or BB because of more deal flow/more hands on experience especially for analysts. How is it like to be in IB coverage at JPM? Workload, culture wise and everything? Is it worth the move?

I've seen many people throw the phrase "hands-on experience" around. Do you want more responsibility as an analyst? Speaking roles during a management presentation or status call, first cut at outlining marketing materials? What, specifically, are you looking for in a move to JPM?
I want more deal flow. more work on interesting stuff and different types of pitches/modeling/clients. More projects that actually do get picked up.
