I just wear business casual (slacks/dress pants, dress shirt, and no tie).

I wear suits all the time at work. It's work and it's nice to project a certain image to others (people are more superficial than you could ever imagine) I don't try to pretend otherwise, even when we had "casual days" at previous firms I would only take off my tie and jacket, but would have them at the office in case I had meetings.
