What is your WFH situation?
What is your company/your specific group's policies on WFH? When did you go back to the office, how often are you in the office, are you remote after a certain time, etc? I wanted to see how all the banks are handling this moving forward as a hybrid model may make the job a lot more tolerable, especially when waiting for work late at night in the comfort of your home vs in an office.
I'm curious. Wouldn't the hybrid model not really do much in terms of making the job more tolerable as for lower level employees being in the office and being at home sucks either way?
The type of WFH model does not change the amount of work that you have at any level. But in the circumstance (which happens a lot) when you are sitting around twiddling your thumbs for hours waiting on comments, would you rather do that in the office or on your couch?
