What makes you the most proud?

Lets hear it. Might have been getting in to IU Kellet from Andover or quitting the beer.

What makes someone proud varies, but common themes include overcoming challenges, achieving personal and professional goals, and personal growth, such as learning a new skill, a person might be proud of contributing to others' lives.

Why’d you get bored of it? It’s pretty common that everyone stops at some point, but curious why you find it uninteresting nowadays

Converting my SA to FT offer by winning over the favor of this one MD who was completely obsessed with the smurfs. I had been briefed on him coming in so I knew to expect some weird shit, and the first time I worked with him I made sure to use mostly shades of blue throughout the deck. All of the numbers tied and it looked great, with him even saying that I “knocked the smurfin’ cover off the ball” and he went to bat for me come offer time.

One that stands out to me was being chosen as an undergraduate teaching assistant for a calculus 1 course. On the first day of recitation period, the PhD student that I was working under was late for the first 10-15 minutes. So I was standing in front of people a year younger than me and I felt like a professor as I was writing my name and email on the blackboard. It was cool.

Who?

Fair point. Pride isn’t always some huge, dramatic achievement  sometimes it’s quitting a bad habit, getting accepted into something competitive, or just finally doing the thing you kept putting off. Everyone’s “big win” is different, but it usually comes down to beating a challenge, leveling up in some way, or making life better for yourself or someone else. The small victories count just as much as the big ones.
