What time of the year is best for off-cycle recruiting for FT roles in IB?
Hey everyone, I am currently at a Big 4 doing strategy consulting work (CDDs, ODDs, Market Entry, etc). Now that I've got a year of experience under my belt, I want to try my shot at investment banking. I've done a few superdays and headhunters were really at a peak during the winter, but now I noticed a bit of a downtick in recruiting and job postings.
My question is when is the best time during the year to recruit into investment banking as someone who is working? Is it winter, summer, spring? Want to make sure I haven't missed a prime window to recruit for full time roles.
