Had a superday a couple of weeks ago. Got notified I was on the waitlist a week after. Anything to do or just wait it out?

I realize that this is much easier said than done, but if you've sent your thank you notes to your interviewers and updated your connections at the firm about your position; then it is best for your sanity just to assume that you didn't get it and look at other firms. If you do get it, it'll be a pleasant surprise, and if you don't, then nothing changes.
