What to do when comp companies dont have a december fiscal year end?
Hi all,
Might be a stupid question but haven’t done much in the way of comps. When you are looking at two or even a set of companies and one of them doesn’t have a fiscal year end in December, can you still compare financial results apples to apples? In these cases what must you do?
Bump any input anyone?
LTM if bi-/quarters available? Otherwise I’d use latest annual and throw in a neat little footnote. I’m a meek little thing called intern tho so don’t quote me
