What to expect from an informal coffee chat?
Hi, This is my first post. I am at a UK target school in my first year; I recently met an analyst at a firm think (Lazard/Evercore/PJT) during a networking event. The analyst has agreed to meet for a chat; I have already spoken a lot about their role, background etc during the networking event. What sort of questions should I ask during the chat (30 mins I guess)? After the chat, how will I move things forward? My aim is to gain work shadowing as I am on a four year course so will be applying for a spring week next year. Thanks for you help:)

Just make it casual and not awkward and you'll be fine. Reemphasize about how interested you are in the firm and would like to be part of it in the near future. They already see potential in you if they're willing to meet in person. All you have to do is be a chill person and not fuck it up because you already got it for the most part
