What to write in the text frame of email?

Every time a new internship from some BB comes out, there might be hundreds of applying mails sent to the manager. what to write in the emai text body to make sure manager will open my resume and give a glimpse at it rather than junk it? should I plate my cover letter in the text body? any ideas? monkeis? a lot thanks

I would just suggest contacting anyone you know in those banks to follow up. Even calling directly to the BB's corporate office desk and ask the operator to transfer you to whatever department that you are interested in applying (cold calling) before the recruiting starts. Also look up people on LinkedIn.
