What's beyond M&A?

Hi all,
I am completing a 6-months M&A internship at a top European bank (not BB) and I would be interested to explore parallel opportunities in the industry.
Additionally, atm I would also be eligible to apply for summer internships in London (I've got 1 year left of Uni).

I'm enjoying my internhsip but I would like to find something with a better work life balance and with more "stable and predictable" deadlines (e.g. pitch from Friday for Monday) - (I have no problems to work unitl late night during week, but I'm ""suffering"" to work on weekends).
Additionally, I'm enjoying the job but I do not feel 100% sure that could be my "passion" for the next years.

Atm I'm very confused and I am considering Asset Managemet, ECM, DCM, PE (megafunds unreachable), Real Estate or eventually move to Management Consulting

Any suggestion/hint?
Would be more than welcomed!
