What’s the most authoritative C suite position?

CFOs seem to be pretty plug and play even across industries, which makes sense and seem to have quite a bit of turnover. CEOs make multiples of the rest but are naturally relationship based but can have deep sector experience that differentiates them. COO seems to be the most specific and influential to the broader function of a company, especially in CapEx heavy industries like consumer or manufacturing.Thinking more public company / large cap. I feel as if COO roles are probably the most challenging to secure as a result of the nature of the job in some ways and I seem to feel they command the most respect as a result.
