What's your actual AI setup for deals? (boutique/MM folks especially)

Joined a pretty small shop recently and trying to figure out what people are actually using day to day versus what just sounds good.

Not talking about the big firms with Hebbia/Rogo rollouts. Talking about the 6-10 person teams where nobody handed you a tool and told you what to use.

What does your stack actually look like? What do you use for document review, pulling numbers, building out memos? What's saved you real time on a live deal versus what disappointed you?

Also genuinely curious whether anyone's run into situations where AI output caused a problem downstream. Heard a few stories secondhand but wondering how common it actually is.

An3 at an MM. We tested out several tools (including Rogo). By a wide margin, vanilla Claude + MS Office plugins is the significantly better solution. There really is no point in using Rogo or similar solutions currently unless you are at a really small shop and can benefit from the CapIQ/PitchBook data packages they acquire (have around 75% of data from each according to their sales teams).
