What's your favorite type of deal to work?

I started in an M&A product group but now do industry coverage and have found that I'm very attracted to Private Placement / 144A transactions. Find it a lot of fun and very rewarding to help pre-IPO companies access the growth capital they need to speed up their growth trajectory vs. M&A deals where you're often times working towards a complete exit of certain shareholders. Makes me feel a good bit more invested in the client's success versus working on a sell-side M&A where I'm way more invested in a single deal's success.

Curious on everyone else's opinions.
