What's Your Most Awkward Interview Moment?
Title says it all....... What is your most awkward and uncomfortable interview moment.?

Me: “I did finance because I took a few marketing classes and they were very not technical at my school” Him: “I have some friends in quantitative marketing who would like for you to say to their face that marketing isn’t technical”
Me: “I decided I didn’t want to work at ABC, Inc because I visited [the small town it’s in] and there really wasn’t much going on and I didn’t want to live 40 miles away in the closest city” Him: “What if I told you I was from [that town]” Me: “Are you from [that town]?” Him: “How do you know I’m not from [that town]?” Me: “Are you from [that town]?” Him:“Well, no but you didn’t know that”

It was for a Financial Services Consulting internship early-ish in college and I’d realized earlier in the day I wasn’t interested and I was 0% mad about it
100% would work there. This guy was testing your humor - you should've replied back to his question "What if I told you I was from {that town}" by saying you would feel bad for him. That's what I would've said, but easier said than done in the heat of the moment.
I’m normally a pretty relaxed person and will joke around in interviews, but he wasn’t making jokes. The whole interview was pretty dry, tense and at points borderline combative
Ah, then, I would actually say "Makes sense" without expanding and just make him wonder at 3AM what about himself made me say that.
Friend of mine had to take a #2 in the middle of the interview. Wasn't me I swear!!
I called referred to Evercore as Everclear in an informational interview. Got a good laugh about it though. I am under 21.

front of my pants split in the interview when I sat down. only about 2 inches and was under a table so no one could see or notice. I only even noticed when we were walking out so it was all good. I guess doesn’t make it as embarrassing then in hindsight.
