I think I read tons of threads talking about the numbers, but I still don't know when these bonuses are getting paid out. How do banks usually handle this matter? When can I expect to receive my bonus as I'll be starting in August?

Assuming this concerns Analyst bonuses, they usually hit the bank in August. You'll finish your first year and receive numbers in July, paid out with your last check of July or first check of August. Associates generally are stubbed to year-end periods. You'll receive numbers after year end, to be paid in February.
