When do you know it’s time to leave?

Seeking advice from some older monkeys that have done it before. I’m an IB analyst in structured products (think CLOs, MBS, CMOs, ABS etc). I make good money and don’t get worked as hard as the guys in coverage frankly.

Part of me wants to stay because the team is good, but what are the key indicators that it’s time to lateral/ look for new opportunities? Is it learning curve related? Is it comp? Is it a combination of many things? Would love to hear everyone’s thoughts.
