As the title suggests, when does PE comp in Canada (Onex excluded) surpass IB comp? Seems like there's a significant pay cut in PE at the pension funds and private shops both in Toronto and Montreal.
Can anyone provide insight on all-in comp per level at PE vs. IB (i.e., all in comp at Analyst, Analyst 2, Senior Analyst or Associate, VP)
