When to follow up after virtual Superday?

I know this topic has been discussed on here before, but with virtual super days I feel as if I could use some insight since candidates are interviewed more on a rolling basis than a single set date. When is it appropriate to follow up with the interviewers or HR regarding my status after having a Superday last Monday? I already sent thank you notes the day of my interviews to all involved. Is it too pushy to follow up now and inquire an update?

Advice I've been given is to not follow up unless you have a competitive, exploding offer. If you're currently a borderline candidate, reaching out could push them to give a rejection, as there isn't anything you could do to increase your odds at this point. So by default, reaching out means your odds most likely stay the same or are pushed towards rejection. They are typically looking for reasons to reject candidates (as you mentioned with rolling interviews, this means finding better candidates or wrapping up the other superdays) rather than fighting for reasons to give you an offer
