Had a first round with a niche merchant banking boutique in a space that I enjoy. First round (with the MD) was scheduled for 30 min and it went so well that we have talked for 50 rather than 30 minutes.
He told me that they will likely have a superday in January. They just have started the recruitment process last week and I was one of the first candidates. The interview was Friday during lunch, when can I expect to hear back?
Back when I was recruiting for SA it was usually within a week. However, given that I'm literally one of the first candidates their interviewing with and the Superday being one day in January, I guess it might take some time, or what would you think?
