I started in late May/early June last year when i was working at a boutique as a rising junior. Would start compiling an Excel list soon of people to cold email and draft the email itself.
Nobody gave a shit because it was clear I had no interest in returning the next summer and I just wanted the boutique experience for BB/EB recruitment.
