When We Going Back (IB)?
Just wondering if anyone has heard anything concrete from your respective firms re when new hires will be coming into the office. Everyone I've talked to is virtual through training, but curious to know if there is any more info out there. Thanks.
My firm is allowing people in the office but at the time is completely optional and no one is doing it. I think it'll be a while before this a legit migration back to the office, especially for seniors. Also, who knows how office dynamics will change given the mass use of (seemingly) successful WFH.
