Where are the following banks in their recruitment process?
Hey all,
Rising junior here recruiting for IB who is still without an offer. Following the advice of a few mentors, I focused very heavily on a few banks and spent the majority of time trying to network with as many people that work there and frankly struck out with all of them, officially. I still know that I want to do IB and I'm not quite ready to look at something else but I need to figure out which banks have yet to recruit/start their interview and application process. Below I have made a list of banks and if people can comment on where each bank is in there recruitment cycle and what is the latest on them, I'd highly appreciate it. What I specifically mean is like which of these banks are done recruiting/given out offers, have had superdays/first rounds, haven't had their application open yet, haven't handed out interviews but application is closed, application is open but no interviews yet, etc. I'm pretty much 100% certain some of the banks on the list are done but I just want to make sure before I completely cross them off my list.
If it makes a difference, I'm only looking at NYC offices

That's such a fucking joke lol.
Straight up excluding white and asian males from over 50% of job spots is litterally the most racist and sexist thing that I've seen all year. What the fuck happened to giving a job to the most qualified candidate?
PJT RSSG is done, spots still open in M&A
Centerview has handed out scattered offers to people who asked to accelerate and had a comparable offer in hand, but nothing standardized/mostly unfilled. Planning to give supers in late August/early Sept.
Evercore is 100% wrapped up
Lazard is similar to Centerview for M&A/RX, but some of the other divisions are all finished/actively interviewing
Barclays just opened their app in the last ~5 days
MS has had open apps for a while, different timelines for different (LA/SF/MP) locations, allegedly not looking at apps until late July
GS opens July 1. I know people personally who already signed from their Accelerated program (diversity), so there are some spots filled, how many is unknown
JPM just opened the other day
Citi has been open for a long time (like Feb. or March), largely filled, leaving a few spots open for fall superdays for targets
BAML opens July 1
Credit Suisse has had superdays but apparently nobody has heard back, they've done some diversity stuff too though
