Leland just released a new breaking into banking program. It is a marketplace where you can find mentors and there are some good options on there. You do have to pay but it might be worth it to you.

I know one of the guys on there that offers banking mentoring and he is a legend so if you want some suggestions feel free to pm me.

Don't pay for a mentor IMO, it won't feel genuine. Best bet is finding someone older at your school who's already navigated the process because more often than not, they had someone older helping them out and they're usually happy to help. If you don't know any personally, check out LinkedIn and reach out to them via email

I second this, I just sit down with my older buddies who has all gone through the process several times now and learn from them. It's a lot of fun and really giving, I would never have been given offers without their help
