Where do I find key info about a deal?
I read about a deal on Bloomberg but I could not find stats about it (premium, consideration) in the article. Also, I want to learn more about the rationale behind the deal. Does anyone know a source where I can find this info? It has to be this deal specifically.

Maybe call the banker. PE guys call all the time to find info about transactions.
