Hello, everyone. I know there's a concept of GPA cut-off during application screening stage. I am curious how it works?
When you apply a job, in addition to attaching your CV, you're required to enter your education, GPA and other contact info. Whether HR use the GPA you enter to exercise cut-off, or they exercise cut-off through AI resume screening?

A higher GPA is always better and the GPA cutoff is bank dependent.

Cutoff officially can be as low as 3.0 but please have a 3.5
