That’s me to a tee. I’m all about putting in the insane hours and learning, that’s not hardo at all, that’s just understanding the role.
By hardo I mean absolute dicks who do shit just to be powerful or try and flex their excel skills yadda yadda etc.
Baird is a strong MM that I believe meets this criteria. Baird uses a "no asshole" hiring mentality and really tries to avoid toxic senior leadership. Obviously some brutal MDs are still there but it seems like they're looking to move in the right direction.
Noticed this when I interviewed with them. Chill midwest frat vibes.
Probably Barclays and BAML is the best fit for what you’re looking for. Group dependent of course. But those firms are generally the least hardo culture.

MS Menlo, Moelis LA, GS TMT are your best bets
among all the banks I have seen, the private banks and WM units had the least amount of hardos. Still "somewhat hardo", but the more relaxed type. Not like IB FO, et al
