Which bank has the least “hardo” mentality?

Listen, I know there’s a ton of you guys out there who love beating off to your excel skills, and doing shit that’s completely unnecessary just to be a hardo weirdo.

But who knows which banks have the least amount of hardos at them? Looking for that bank lol

That’s me to a tee. I’m all about putting in the insane hours and learning, that’s not hardo at all, that’s just understanding the role.

By hardo I mean absolute dicks who do shit just to be powerful or try and flex their excel skills yadda yadda etc.

 

among all the banks I have seen, the private banks and WM units had the least amount of hardos. Still "somewhat hardo", but the more relaxed type. Not like IB FO, et al
